Switching to VOIP is one of the best things we ever did, we have more functionality, more autonomy and less expense. We now have all business lines, fax lines and 0800 lines on VOIP and all is working well. Don't get me wrong there are a few pitfalls especially if you live in a area or spot that doesn't receive fast broadband. No matter what the providers say, sometimes your broadband speed is absolutely shocking. I've been lucky enough to have very good broadband speeds. The lines and delivery aside, you also need to think about what type of system you are going to use. You could spend a fortune on a pabx style system to run all your voip lines but if you don't need that we have a very easy system that we have setup offering great functionality thanks to NCH.
